Land Related Notices
| The Guyana Lands and Surveys Commission wishes to remind the holders of State Land Leases, Government Land Leases, Licenses for a term of years or during his Excellencies Pleasures (“DHMP”) and Permissions, that you are required to beneficially occupy the lands, consistent with the terms and conditions of the title instrument, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys, at all times during the continuance of the Grant.
PLEASE THEREFORE BE WARNED that unless this condition is satisfied within three (3) months of the date hereof, the title and the land comprised therein and all improvements thereon may be forfeited.
